Do I need to be home when you come to provide services?
Our exterior services, including window cleaning and pressure washing, your presence is not required as long as we have unobstructed access to the areas we will be working. However, for interior window services, we do require either the owner or a representative be present to grant us access and to provide any specific instructions or address concerns. We are committed to being respectful of your time and space, and we are more than willing to coordinate a schedule that best suits your needs.
